Can I wear it in the bath tub or shower? The Guardian Phone is water resistant and can be worn in the bath tub or shower. It should not be submerged under water, but is resistant to direct water jetting from any direction according to JIS standard 6.

What if I have an emergency and hit the button to call 911 and I can't speak? Many communities have what is known as enhanced 911. When a call comes in, their screen will display the name, address and phone number of the caller. If you cannot speak, they will attempt to call you back on another line. If your line is busy and they cannot communicate with you, they will dispatch police to your location.

What if I hit the button accidentally? The button on the pendant is recessed, and you need to depress it for a half second to activate the phone. It is unlikely that you will hit it accidentally, but if you do, when the 911 operator answers, you can simply tell them this is not an emergency, you hit autodial accidentally.
