An intelligent motion sensor built-in to the uSwitch detects your movement as you enter the room and will turn on any lamp that you choose to plug in.

After you leave the room, lamp will shut off automatically in specified time choices of 1 minute, 5 minutes or 10 minutes.

This device saves the electric costs of turning lights on or off, which accounts for a high percentage of electric costs, and also lets you avoid having to leave lights on in several rooms after dark.
