Returns Form / Policy




  • No RETURNS will be accepted without prior authorization.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return authorization (RA) number must be REQUESTED within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Return Window: Once Return authorization (RA) number has been issued, items must be RETURNED within 30 Days of issue date.


PLEASE NOTE CHRISTMAS GIFTS CAN BE RETURNED UP to JAN 25. (30 Days After Christmas).

REFUNDS:A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on open box products unless defective. SmithGear will refund the original purchase price, less any restocking fees or shipping charges. Should you decide to return an item offered under our "Free Shipping" policy, you will be refunded the original purchase price, less the original shipping charge incurred by SmithGear (+ any fees).

Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping. All merchandise should be shipped via a trackable method and insured for full value.

Outside of 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty support. Most products are warrantied by the product manufacturer for a limited time to cover damage during normal use. These warranties vary from product to product; and from manufacturer to manufacturer. If your merchandise becomes damaged during use, please contact the manufacturer for information and further assistance.
