Returns Form / Policy

SmithGear provides all of our customers with a 30-Day "no-hassle guarantee."

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply notify us within 30 days of purchase (using the RA# request form below) that you would like to return the product.

We will then e-mail you return instructions (typically within 5-7 business days) with a specific return mail address and "RA Number". Thank you for your patience.

  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE
  • No RETURNS will be accepted without prior authorization.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return authorization (RA) number must be REQUESTED within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Item must be RETURNED within 60 days of RA issue date.

NOTE: All returns must be in original condition when returned, and include user manuals, packaging, and all parts (in the box). There may be restocking fee on returned orders that are "used", in poor condition, or are missing the original package contents when returned. This fee is typically 15-20%. Return shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges, typically within 10 business days after the item is returned.
Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping. All merchandise should be shipped via a trackable method and insured for full value.
Outside of 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty support. Most products are warrantied by the product manufacturer for a limited time to cover damage during normal use. These warranties vary from product to product; and from manufacturer to manufacturer. If your merchandise becomes damaged during use, please contact the manufacturer for information and further assistance.
